स्कूल दिनों में मां बनाती थी ये मजेदार नाश्ता#puri aur Aloo baigan tamatar sabji/#No onion No garlic
Ingredients:-
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Ajwain and kalonji seeds - 1/2 tsp
Salt -1/2 tsp
Paneer/Chenna water -As required to knead
(It is totally optional if not available knead the dough with normal water as my mother used to do)
Oil / Ghee - 1 tbsp
for sabji:-
Eggplant/Baigan -1Small bowl(in pieces)
Potatoes - 2 ( cut in small pieces with its skin)
Corriander leaves - chopped
Green chillies -1 slit
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder -1/2 tsp
Corriander powder -1/2 tsp
salt as per taste
mustard oil -2 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds/Methi Dana -1/2 tsp (for tadka)
Asafoetida/Hing - 1/4 tsp or a pinch
water -1/2 cup
Preparation for 2-3 people
Time - 1hour
